Short description of the job Able to deal with tenants/sub-contractors and guests in person + verbal & written communication for requests/questions/instructions (memos/letters/e-mail + other) English is a must Able to work in the given instructions – at times without supervision Computer skills would be preferred (inclusive of programming digital/creative content – but it’s not a must) Control/posting of social media – analytics etc. Hospitable/ friendly/ outgoing Technical understanding for possible assistance to tenants (phone/Internet etc.) Place of work (not 100% identified) Part of the crew of KBP team (7th floor for the time being) CX Team – Co-working and/or Conference Center (access for wheelchair is given) Conditions of recruitment As anybody else (if needed, we are ready to install special system depending on disability or assistance to the place – ramps/special needs as for example a special computer) Assume for the time being it would be a temporary position (1 year) Still we need to understand – what kind of things we need to know (terms of the contract/ special termination clauses/ liability etc.) – sorry to talk about this – but we need to be able to act/re-act if it will not work (what I don’t hope) Appox salary level Payment will be the same, as anybody else – position start is/could be “Assistant……” Salary based on the results of the interview Surely we need to clearly look into the disability – firstly to see, if we can manage/organize this and surely it should fit for the coworker and our build environment. I assume a person in a wheelchair is possible, somebody with limited eyesight as well. But again, we need to see – don’t want to discriminate anybody. Hope this helps, even if it’s very brief.
